Very disturbing video stream from 1500 meters below sea level (Gulf of Mexico)

It’s a strange feeling watching this. It’s disturbing…

Tons of oil float freely into the fresh water of the Gulf of Mexico and no one seems to be able to act. The web camera is so close and you can feel the pain of all the fish and birds out there. But you cannot do anything. You cannot use your mouse, your cursor and grab the plug, the bung, the peg and plug it in to stop this unacceptable flow…

first week @ scoyo

now - that was my first week at scoyo.de!

New job, new experiences, new ideas.

Well, this week was just 5 days long but felt like three weeks - quite a lot of new input, a mountain of tasks and so many new names and terms to learn. Overall my summary is: Great! Such an inspiring athmosphere, a permanent buzz in all corridors and open ears for new ideas! I was directly involved into several discussions and tasks so it was the first week diving into it.

My smart and small team is pretty interdisciplinary including design, QA, usability, test and product management specialists so there is a lot of areas to look into - forces you to keep your mind open! …and I met pickiHH - but that is another story…

So I look forward for more to come - the scoyo learning plattform is very cool and all kids should use it for learning! I am serious!
